Many Brands have a No Sample Policy, however we at Chris&Alley feel that its important to try before you buy. Customer service is a top priority and as a result we have taken it upon ourselves to ensure to curate samples for your unique individual needs. A Curated Sample is one of your favourite products dispensed into a Chris&Alley Sample Pouch.

Certain products have limited shelf life, and if the sales volumes are lower on certain items then we run the risk of losing product. Some of our suppliers also do not have testers in certain product ranges. Lastly some product do not come in a format which is sample friendly, meaning it may break into pieces when creating a sample. ie: certain make up's etc.

If there is a specific product you would like to buy, but would like to test it out please ask us when making your purchase. We will do our utmost best to provide you a sample of that product. We do not carry stock of every single product as a sample, however we do for the most popular items.
In some instances we go out of our way to find you a sample of a product which we may not have a sample of.
