Salon Disclaimer

Bookings: Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for scheduled treatments. If you arrive late for an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time or if there is insufficient time to complete your treatment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

Refunds: Products purchased by you are only returnable or refundable in accordance with our Returns and Refund policy. Please refer to our website at www.chrisalley.co.za or email us on returns@chrisalley.co.za. Alternatively visit any one of our affiliated branches, see chrisalley.co.za for locations.

Medical Conditions: Certain treatments are not recommended for people with medical conditions. Please inform the reception desk and/or your therapist if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions which may potentially be affected by treatment. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to disclose any medical condition from which you suffer, to us.

Cancellation Policy: You are required to inform us at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled appointment should you need to cancel and/or reschedule the appointment. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment to a time that is convenient for you, but we cannot guarantee that the new time that you want will be available. If you provide us with less than 24 hours’ notice of your need to cancel an appointment, or if you do not arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to charge you a reasonable fee if we are unable to fill your allocated appointment time.

Right of Admission Reserved: We reserve the right to ask any person to leave this salon if they are offending or disturbing other customers, owners, therapists, and/or staff members.

Risk and Loss: Please note that you enter this salon at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any death, theft, damage, injury, loss, or misfortune (“harm”) that may occur while you are in this salon, other than where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you. Where such harm occurs as a direct result of defective products supplied by us to you, we will still not be held liable for such harm where we did not know that the products were defective when we received them, where we could not reasonably have been expected to have known that the products were defective or where products became defective due to us complying with instructions provided to us by a third party.
